With regard to serving as a chiropractic expert witness, Dr. Williams offers services of expert testimony regarding physical examination, diagnosis, prognosis, case management, causation of injury, appropriateness of care, medical necessity, maximum medical improvement, disability, permanent impairment, future treatment necessity and costs, record keeping and documentation, informed consent, and malpractice.
Dr. Williams has been recognized as an expert in Whiplash in Randall County 47th District Court.
As a fully licensed and unrestricted practicing Doctor of Chiropractic in Texas, Dr. Williams can perform independent physical examinations for documentation purposes of individuals in need of a second opinion.
Dr. Williams is certified in the American Medical Association’s publication, “Guides to the Evaluation of Permanent Impairment,” edition #6.
Dr. Williams is also available to lecture for groups on multiple areas of medicolegal interest, neuromusculoskeletal differential diagnosis, healthcare marketing, and chronic pain.

Chiropractic Expert Witness Fee Schedule
Retainer | $1500 upon agreeing to accept the case.
Records Review | $325.00 per hour
Literature Search/Review | $325.00 per hour
Telephone Conference | $75.00 per each 15 minutes or any portion thereof
Personal Conference | $380.00 per hour or any portion thereof, portal to portal plus expenses
Report Preparation | $285.00 per hour
*Deposition | $2,500.00 per day or any portion thereof, portal to portal plus expenses.
*Court Appearance | $3,500.00 per day or any portion thereof, portal to portal plus expenses. Retainer of $3500 in advance of trial.
*Travel Fees: Houston, Dallas, San Antonio | $600.00
*Travel Fees: Other areas of TX. or out of state | To be discussed before travel
*Board or Government Agency Appearance | $3,500.00 per day or any portion thereof, portal to portal plus expenses
*Independent Medical Examination with report | $650.00 - $2500.00 per patient to include answers to all questions given. (To be discussed)
No Show (examination) | $150.00 + travel expense.
Cancelation Fees….Deposition/Court Appearance | More than 72 hr cancelation notice with no fee. 72 hours to 24 hrs, a cancelation fee is $1250.00. Less than 24-hour notice of cancelation is the full fee.
